For us, this signals a genuine commitment from these companies to issues around sustainable and ethical business practice and a willingness on their part to help solve them.
Our use of trademarks and logos is simply to help our users navigate the site and participate more easily in the relevant conversations. We are not, in any way, trading on, passing off or otherwise suggesting a business relationship with these brands.
Similarly, we are not agreeing with, endorsing, promoting or in any other way supporting any views of users on the site. The site is merely a forum designed to stimulate conversation around brands in an open and honest fashion. In light of these considerations, in our view our use of brand logos and trademarks in this way does not contravene any law.
