Walmart will become a global GREEN leader if it can convince the crowd!
I know how hard Walmart is working on sustainability! But if you would use crowdsourcing you would be able to convince the crowd much faster! Kudos to your supply chain strategy on sustainability! World class!

Message to Wal-Mart: What goes around, comes around.
Good heavens, where to begin?! First and foremost Wal-Mart must put an end to the practices that have led to production outside of North America. Secondly, it's time to recognize that their most important asset is people. Treat employees that way that the Walton's would wish to be treated and you just might be on to something. Lastly, remember Rubber Maid? Enough said. Now if Wal-Mart isn't interested in all of this they could always simply replace their signs with Chinese characters.

Keep promoting sustainable business practices but let workers organize
Promote contributory consumption and products that reduce their impact on the environment. More recycling, workers rights, CEO doesn't need to be payed 300 times more than everyone else. Raise workers wages and trim CEO compensation please.

Bring back insurance for part-timers!
Wal-Mart recently announced that it is cutting its part-time health benefits for employees. This is literally hundreds of thousands of adults in the US. At a time when we need coverage more than ever, why would they pull the rug out from under us? Bring back health care, and start treating people well.
