Please spare the caller tune
Please get rid off the message that comes before the caller tunes that says how to get this caller tune by pressing *. This spoils the whole purpose of the caller tune and caller finds it really annoying.

I was actually one of those Vodafone customers who was prepared to endure the hard times Vodafone Australia was going through. Sure the reception is ordinary but it was endurable - and I think sometimes people need a second chance. I made the wrong choice. They let me down so many times, and ultimately when I confronted them with overcharging which I had flagged 18 months earlier and asked them to fix, a problem which they have on record their response was nothing short of rude and the resolution completely unethical.

Customer service culture at Vodafone doesn't exist.
Vodafone needs to invest in customer service because I'm counting down the days until I leave.
