Almost entirely neutral, not very German then
Lufthansa seems to be an exercise in hitting the mean... it has acceptable everything and exceptional nothing. You fly it when Frankfurt is a better connection than Heathrow but that's about it... how about getting a little techno-kraut on us and wowing us with your sleek interfaces? Anything but anodyne
