It is largely staffed and run by bullies, horrible to work for unless you are connected. My gf had a meltdown after 3 weeks, and she was so devoted and brilliant, ready to do great work. No training at all, but full expectations on day
1. Better training and respect for ALL staff. 2. Heartless monsters everywhere. Which explains why they were just busted for money laundering for drug cartels in the US. So clean up your ethics. Also treat customers better -- staff are told to sell hard whether customer needs product or not. But when you have trouble, help is very hard to find - fix that too. Products are okay, but expensive. Also, I like their conservative advertising - keep it that way.
