Give MLP 80's style action again

I'm not sure how much influence you have over what My little pony Friendship is magic TV series can do but I'd like to see it with a little bit of that 80's action it use to have. I realize its for young kids but as a 90s kid myself I remember watching shows like Invader Zim and Hey Arnold that had plenty of drama and action that were also aimed at young kids. Kids today love a little more then "teen drama" .I love how it is now don't get me wrong but please hire back Lauren Faust.
