I would improve Dell's karma by firing the CEO, Michael Dell.
Dell is a brand without a soul, and that opinion is shared widely among those who have worked there as an employee or contractor. There is no leadership, no vision, and no brand that is worth defending there. It is one of the most avoidable places to work in the area.
