I see where Chevron has just been fined $28 million and had its drilling rights suspended by Brazil's environmental regulator for an offshore oil spill earlier this month. Good on the Brazil government for moving so quickly and hitting Chevron with this fine, especially since Chevron reportedly claimed that they had "complied with the terms of its lease" in taking four days to stop the seepage.
