Pay fines first before recommencing drilling
BP has yet to pay a single dollar in fines related to the Gulf Oil disaster, yet has started drilling again in the area. How could they get a permit to drill so soon. What kind of message does this send to other oil companies about the lack of deterrence to prevent further damage to the earth?
