Once you go global you can't go back.
Global pricing please! When Apple made global warranties they opened the door for people to buy their products overseas. Why in this current global environment would you force people to use up energy buying your products in other countries. Change this today, it always leaves a bad taste in consumers mouths. Oh yes and if your customer service people know about this and they are sick of Kiwis and Aussies complaining about it then change it.
