Change for the better
Just read this article "Apple admits supplier abuse of workers". After many years in the wilderness Apple has finally opened the doors of its factories (in particular the infamous iSucicide Foxconn factory) for some independent scrutiny. Shocking, possible that 62% of Apple's workers work more than 10hrs a day 6 days a week and Apple aren't even sure that they don't have child labour. Well done Apple for at last opening the doors and letting some light in, but it's going to take a lot more for this former fanboy to come back to the fold. I am very happy with my new suicide free Galaxy Nexus.

Apply raw material reduction techniques across all product lines
Interesting to read in a McKinsey report that Apple has "created approaches to reduce waste in its products. Since it launched the iMac it has reduced raw material content by 50% and energy consumption by 40%.

Devices should be compatible with the rest of the world
While Apple makes sleekly-designed products, they focus too much controlling (policing) of content and usability - a mistake that will ultimately cost them. The pricing is also a little nauseating - I understand supply and demand, but am very happy buying much more affordable products.

Improve production and environmental practices. The products are great.
The production practices aren't good enough, and the environmental practices need to improve; not as if they can't afford it! Can't argue with the products though.

Apple should not be so litigious.
Apple is suing everyone that gets even close to some of it's patents. In truth most technology now is a product of what has come before it.

Apple Store Experience
The Apple store was once a positive brand experience, now it has turned into an over crowded mess where simplicity of going in and buying a product has disappeared into talking to a blue shirt holding an iPad who needs to iChat another blue shirt before someone can actually sell you anything.

less built in obsolescence, lower the carbon footprint, treat all workers on every component as though they were Californian
If Apple is a giant club, a cult, a cloak in which we wrap ourselves then the good feeling that we get from their products should be extended to ALL of their workers, not just the American ones. They can afford dignity for all...

Go back to the principle of 'Thinking Different' and being a challenger.
Apple was revolutionary and for the people, now it is an institutionalized brand with it's mind on profits and shareholder returns... it is destroying its credibility and in some circumstances those who helped create its success! Bastards!!!

Best products that anyone could ever have...
Apple is one of the few companies that take the design of the product more important than the technology, yet creating very powerful devices that a 5 year old can figure out how to use it without even telling him or instructing him.

Environmentally Concerned
Apple respects the need of protecting the environment, but we would like to see vast improvements in these areas.
