After many years in the wilderness Apple has finally opened the doors of its factories (in particular the infamous iSucicide Foxconn factory) for some independent scrutiny. Shocking, possible that 62% of Apple's workers work more than 10hrs a day 6 days a week and Apple aren't even sure that they don't have child labour. Well done Apple for at last opening the doors and letting some light in, but it's going to take a lot more for this former fanboy to come back to the fold. Since it launched the iMac it has reduced raw material content by 50% and energy consumption by 40%.

The pricing is also a little nauseating - I understand supply and demand, but am very happy buying much more affordable products.
